Access is self-serve through the web app, documented API, filtered CSV export, and MCP server. Your team runs its own queries and analysis. You do not need a final user list, start date, case count, or complete data scope to apply.

Responsible use

Case Harvester is for research and public-interest work. You may not use the data to evaluate a specific person for housing, employment, credit, insurance, admission, or a similar decision. You may not build, sell, or supply a service whose purpose is to look up individuals by name, or publish a searchable index keyed to individuals. Resale, redistribution, re-identification outside an approved project, evading access controls, and providing data, query results, or access as a service to a third party are also prohibited. We decline those requests. We monitor use and may suspend or end access if the data-use agreement is broken. Cases and charges that Case Harvester collected before they disappeared from Case Search are included in the licensed data and marked.
